sighted ruling that Presidents don't
get to be held accountable under the
law for their actions, setting a
precedent that can only hurt all of us
purely so they can protect Trump.
Imagine if, like South Korea, we
actually believed in treating our
politicians like people equal under the
law, like our constitution says is
supposed to be the case. But we keep
makin carveouts, under both parties, to
keep them from experiencing the
consequence of their actions.

Citizen extrajudicially, regardless of
whether they deserve it, then I DO
think the President should have to
account for that. Just like Trump
should have to account for how his
policy decisions result in things like
ICE killin people or violatin the 4th
amendment, as a policy decision. That's
my point. The President was NEVER
supposed to be elevated above the
people. He is supposed to be OF the
people, and share our rights and
consequences. I don't give a fuck who
th president is, the executive should
never, NEVER get a free pass on
criminality. Wanna delay it till after
th presidency is over? That is a
conversation perhaps that could be had.
But ALL are meant to be equal under the
law, or else we don't have law at all.
These exceptions and immunities are an
insult to the American people and
should not be permitted. And I'd say
this for any presient of any party.
It's the same reason I think the
filibuster should be removed, despite
the fact it would allow the GOP to run
their agenda right now. Because the
most important thing in this country is
that we actually enforce our democratic
principles. These exceptions undermine
our system of government and are
actively harmful.

if you took issue with his policy, it's
the American way to do so.

as American citizens is to hold
motherfuckers to the fire and burn

The USSC just made it clear to all past and presidents that the constitution gives you immunity if you are acting in the best interest

From what I can see there are people who have been served their deportation orders and they have chose on to leave the country.
They are found, arrested and deported.
There is a catch, if YOU are traveling around with "Jose" when he's arrested and you're here illegally as well... Welp, you go home as
well.
So the headline is "Jose, who has been living in the U.S. for 10 years
was deported without due process", but the facts they leave out is that
he had a deporation order, which means he had due process. But the Leftoids are programmed to think that, like citizen criminals, you get a trial AFTER you get caught.

2) If you think for one second that any
sittin president wouldn't claim that
ANY action taken while in office was
"done while serving in the national
interest" I have a trenchcoat full of

3) 4th amdenment specifically is a
protection againt unreasonable search
and seizure, in particular without
warrants. ICE has been both raiding
houses they have NO warrants for, as
well as writing their own
administrative warrants which do not
have legal authority at all to breach
homes, and straight up have refused to
get judicial warrants, which DO enable
tht authority, because it is
inconvenient for them. The government
also explicitly put out a memo
declaring this as official policy.
There were several congressional
hearings about this, you're welcome to
go investigate this.
And of course there is the blatant
racial profiling which has been gettin
US citizens and legal residents just as
often as its picking up the
undocumented, and in all cases ICE and
CBP have been documented beatin people,
throwing them into walls, denying
offers to show identification, etc.
This is not how the land of the Free
should ever operate. Just because yo
are in a bubble where yo are ignorant
to these things happening does not mean
they are not happening.
I obviously also don't think even
illegal immigrants should be handled
lik that, because these rights apply to
all in American jurisdiction, period,
so as to protect the rights for all of
us; to not do so is to give the
government the power to deny your
ability to prove you belong here at
all.

happenin to your fellow citizens, and
