Zelenskyy has awarded general?s ranks to heads of National Police, National Guard and State Emergency Service

On Independence Day, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy conferred the rank of general on five officials from the National Police, the National Guard and the State Emergency Service. The relevant decrees, Nos. 825/2026?829/2026, were published on 24 August.
