I really like the old gaming consoles, I grew up with as a child. Some, I still have, like the Sega. Even young teens are seeing those old games, are actually better than modern games. Like Sony investing 400 million bucks, on the game concord. They put all that money in a game and used all the modern tactics and features and it flopped. Meanwhile, Hollow Knight came out, and only had a few developers, and stomped them in sales. I think they closed the game down. They had all the modern micro-transactions and it was a live service game. Meaning you had to pay a subscription, on top of your expensive PlayStation plus account. Hollow Knight is a 2d Metroidvania game. An old formula, mixing Castlevania and Metriod game style. That means no matter how much money they sink into a game, pretty graphics, do not trump game-play and art style.
